MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE & PROPRIETARY PLATFORM AGREEMENT

This Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into by and between the undersigned visitor ('Recipient') and US Drains, Inc. together with KAI Vision, Inc., KAI Technologies, Sky Company Inc., Sky Works Inc., Exousia Inc., and affiliated entities (collectively, 'Disclosing Party').

1. PROPRIETARY PLATFORM & TELEMETRY: All 5D spatial vector measurements, automated cleanout-to-mainline calculations, per-foot CIPP liner pricing formulas, subcontractor rate cards, and computer vision models accessed on this platform constitute strictly confidential trade secrets.

2. NON-CIRCUMVENTION & NON-DISCLOSURE: Recipient agrees not to reverse-engineer, scrape, reproduce, or disclose any platform architecture, pricing structures, or technical workflows to any third party without prior written authorization.

3. BINDING ELECTRONIC EXECUTION: By typing or drawing your signature below and clicking Execute, you acknowledge that this electronic signature holds the full legal weight of a physical wet-ink signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act.
